What is the difference between CDS and MMS?

I have seen these terms used almost interchangeably, but then I'll run across someone who prefers one over the other.  What is the difference?

They are definitely not the same thing.

Thank you, there definitely is a big difference in preparation. Is there also a difference in which to use depending on what your ailment is?

Not really from what I understand.

However some say that MMS1 is stronger than CDS.
The exception would be autism. It is accepted by most that MMS1 is the preferred treatment for treating autism.

It mainly comes down to what you prefer. Some find that CDS is easier on the stomach, and the taste is better.

In Kerri Rivera's book "Healing the Symptoms Known as Autism", she advocates using CDS, not MMS1.

Are you sure. Because both Jim Humble and Andreas Kalcker recommend MMS1 for autism.
I was under the impression Kerri used MMS1 too.
