Hello

I understand that taking vitamins/minerals and possibly other supplements while taking MMS can cancel out any positive outcome. But, what if taken many hours apart...least 10? Like take MMS in morning and supplements in evening?

I didn't have any know health issues but willing to try MMS for monthly detox and clean out any hidden ailments.

Yes, that is the general idea. Taking supplements in the evening 1 hour after your last dose. CD usually only stays in the body for 1 hour.
