CDS Testing strips

A question with regards to purchasing CDS testing strips?

I notice that the price for the LaMotta #3002 Insta-Test strips have doubled in price. Now about $69 Canadian for 50 0 to 500 CDS test strips.

Is there a cheaper option that works as good as the LaMotta #3002 test strips?

I see a different brand available for about $37 CDN on Amazon.ca. Sold under the Bartovation brand name..

People have had issues with the Bartovation brand. I would stick with LaMotte despite the price.

You know the trick of cutting each strip in half so that you have a 100 and not 50 right?

I just checked Amazon USA,
LaMott 3002 test strips $25 and less. Don’t know if that helps any if you’re in a different country.

Yes, the Amazon price is $23.87 in US dollars but the shipping and handling to Canada is $388.00 US dollars. For a total price in US dollars of over $411.

I checked Amazon Canada again and the Canadian price with shipping came to $36.18. So I placed the order.

Now I placed a similar order this past November but the Amazon reseller canceled the order. We'll see soon enough if it happens again.

Amazon UK also has the LaMotte 3002 strips.

That insane shipping cost is probably to put off anyone outside the US from ordering. I just got in an order from Amazon US before the shipping cost skyrocketed. Should have ordered more than one though.....

The price for the test stripes was $19.46 CDN. With shipping and taxes it came to a total of $36.18 CDN.

Like you, I'm kicking myself for not ordering two.

Amazon Canada had been quoting a selling price of $60+ since November 2021. I just checked the price and it's $59.87 CDN presently. My timing was great. Not sure why the price is all over the place for this product.

Do you think it has anything to do with how popular and just how fast chlorine dioxide as a movement is growing around the world?

Demand hikes up price, so the demand must be coming from somewhere. Or else it could even just be manufacturing costs have increased......

I see there is an option on Amazon Canada for $143 for 3. That is quite tempting.

Just looked on LaMotte's website and they are going for $13.35!! So someone is jacking up prices, but it doesn't look like it is LaMotte.....

On a different note, I believe we are living in or are very close to what Christians call the end times when pestilences will plague the world (starting with Covid IMO). I believe God is revealing chlorine dioxide to the world now so that the people will have something to heal them when the pestilences are unleashed and we are at the mercy of the NWO. That's my take anyway.
