I recently started CDS protocol. First day I did 1ml in 500ml of water. That went fine. Then the next day I did 2ml in 1L of water. I thought I was fine, but then about 3 hours after I drank the liter, I started getting a really bad shoulder ache, then breathlessness and I couldnt sleep all night. I've been having tics, jolts, convulsions, I'm not sure what to call them throughout the night and this morning. I am thinking this is some strong detox symptom or Herxheimer reaction. Any advice? I'm scared I hurt myself or did something bad to my body somehow. If this is die off - this feels rather intense and unpleasant. How to proceed?

When this happens people tend to go back to a lower dose where they did not have such problems. What are you trying to treat?

Long covid but I had a few neurological problems before getting covid. Jolting before going to bed, involuntary tics that I can't control. I had taken a benzodiazepine for 10 years, off of them for 3 now, and I feel like I'm still recovering from that.

You did not contract “Covid”. While you may have been diagnosed with it from some test (all Covid test are faulted). There is no such thing as a Covid virus and no such thing as a contagious virus (or what you think of is a virus)
Time to wake up. There is absolutely no known sample of the covid virus that has ever been isolated and purified. It does not exist anywhere in the world (you can win $1m with real evidence of covid, no winners to date).
This is a scamdemic not a pandemic. Start doing your homework and stop listening to the news.

I understand that. Your tone is coming off as aggressive and I'm not sure why that is needed here. I am awake, I have done my research, I'm using the name covid to convey a series of symptoms that line up with their definition. I do believe whatever sickness I had was definitely not just the flu or cold. Whether it's radiation poisoning from 5g or shedding from the bio weapon or both I'm not sure. Thats why I'm coming to this group, for help, not for judgement
