Chlorine Dioxide Kit A and B

Where can I go to find out just how to start using this kit daily?  Im new to this forum. Appreciate the help. I do have Jims book. Need something less confusing.

you MUST start with a conditioning protocol to get use to MMS. If you don’t, you may see adverse effects that will discourage you. Don’t let this happen. Follow a start protocol for 2 weeks, be faithful to it THEN once your system is is use to it, start a treatment protocol.

I am having trouble finding the right way to mix  parts A and B. 
It sounds like you put equal amounts of the drops in a glass (not plastic or metal),  swish them together for a minute,
and then add some filtered water, as much as you want.  Then drink it within 30 minutes.   

Is that correct?
