CDH was created by marti
i did a slow increase therapy with CDH so I got to 24ml a day for 2 months. I took 24ml a day for 2 months and now I maintain 12ml a day. I now take fruit and vitamin C every morning, and after lunch to dinner, CDH 12 ml in 6 meals every 45 minutes. Is that enough, or should I have more.
