What recipe are you using and what temp is the water? Warm water helps. Be sure to keep stirring the flakes. Should take about 15 minutes to dissolve in warm water.

Like most things, it worked itself out. After straining the solution, it tested out to 137g / 100ml. Easy enough to dilute to 122g / 100ml.
