I'm new to this. I have long covid and also probably still lymes, clearing mold exposure and other chronic issues. I just want to get started and I can't find the book online anywhere.  I am not surecwhat DMSO is and wondering if it's necessary to take while using MMS? Thank you for any advice 🙏

No, you don't have to take DMSO with MMS1.

You can add DMSO as a next step if pure MMS1 isn't working, or not as well, and you need to take it up a step. DMSO helps the MMS1 get deeper into the tissue.

I’m just about to order the CDS and DMSO. Is that the same ratio? One drop CDS with 1 drop   DMSO?

It's l drop of CD and l drop of hydrochloric acid 4%. You don't need dmso when you first start.
Begin with 1/8th drop for first day, then depending of if you herx or not keep doubling up each day until you reach 1 drop. Go slow. Its bee 7 weeks and l'm still on 1/2drop because l herx badly.
