I am new to the protocols and have carefully read them however I haven't found anything regarding possibly rotating mms and cds.  I am asking as I have pan-ulcerative colitis and I'm concerned that mms may be too much for my system to handle, yet I wonder if cds would even be effective.  Should I perhaps begin with cds and later switch to mms?  Thank you, Sarah
