Hi all,

How do you measure PPM? 

I see in Forbidden Health that some of the protocols require CDS not just CD.

CDS seems to require measuring PPM and I am not sure how to do that.

 Charlotte Lackney has the most experience with CDS, I have only used CD which I am happy with. This is from her site at mmsinfo.org . You can also e-mail her from there also.
