Insomnia

My chronic insomnia had been under control until starting the MMS 8-26-21. I haven't really had a decent night's sleep since then. Even hefty sleep meds don't seem to help with constant nerve agitation.

I have continued to take B6 since the 2nd day of the protocol, along with l-triptophan at night. I finished the 2nd day of the mold protocol and am not doing well. Suggestions? 

I have hypothyroid, chronic Lyme disease, Fibromyalgia, asthma, major food sensitivity. TIA🤗

Also, how can I search your Forum I tried several times and it always came up with zero results. What are the tricks I need to know to make this work? I need to understand the mold/clay protocol better. Thank you for your help🤗❤️

Be sure you set the date range to "any date", otherwise the default is the past 12 months.
