I suggest you find your answer, by visiting Jim Humble's website in the link below. It's okay to start a protocol on one's own, by starting with 1 drop activated MMS in a glass of water, observe what happens, and increase the amount of drops slowly. I remember taking 2 drops activated MMS for a week or so, when the peak of the pandemic was reached, and I felt the need for it. With my choices, regarding food and remedies, I mainly work intuitively.
While never having to use it due to health problems, I've noticed that I'm quite sensitive to MMS, and that nausea shows up shortly after taking it, but even shortly before I take it. My physical resistance grew so strong, that I decided to stop taking it. Jim Humble gives an advice on his site, where he says "When you begin to forget taking the daily dose, it's a sign that your system has stopped needing it". He strongly recommends using the awareness of one's sense of wellness, physically, and be creative, observing how a remedy affects one's health, by witnessing it work for a couple of weeks, and then stop for a while, compare one's condition.
