Rethinking MMS: A Cell’s-Eye View

While seeking sources of Sodium Chlorite I stumbled across this October 2012 article and its partly heretical (b/c agreeing with FDA, CDC, etc.) claim that (while MMS1 is beneficial) Chlorine Dioxide / CDS is, in reality, poison. Has it been addressed/debunked, and if so where?

I've now read the whole article, and recognize that the author, who from more recent posts, can be seen as -ahem- a bit of an eccentric to put it gently (should have paid attention to the Yin-Yang symbology) is making distinction between "ClO2" = "Chlorine Dioxide" from (per Wikipedia 95%) sodium chlorate, and “chlorine dioxide anion," ClO2–, “chlorite,” “ionic chlorite,” or “the chlorite ion.”

I've emailed Andreas Kalcker in hopes of clarification, will repost when clarity gained.

I'm not convinced by this article or particularly by the character Grant who is extremely belligerent rather than making substantive arguments in his comments. "ClO2- matrix" doesn't jive with anything I understand.  Possible I'm being obtuse but if so the explanation needs some work IMO. While the whole space feels populated by charlatans, I don't follow the logic of what the author is actually trying to promote.
