New to MMS was created by Andrewwheatcroft
Hey everyone, I’m new to MMS. It was spoken about to me from a friend who had amazing results. 

I need to know where to start. My problem is bloating. It’s all the time and really uncomfortable. Am I right in thinking it’s 1 drop of each activated taken on the hour?
