Hi,
I am trying to understand what an appropriate diet is while using Mms or cds- I tend to eat a lot salads with fresh sprouts, fresh fruit, and juice green veggies like cucumber/celery/sprouts- is it ok to eat these things in between my dose of mms or will this diet be too high in antioxidants and neutralize the effect of the mms. If it is not appropriate can someone with experience please give a sample diet that is appropriate while taking mms? Thank you

A good diet has a cleansing effect on it's own and will assist in obtaining better results than if you would eat junk food while on MMS.
Fasting is known to be very cleansing.
Personally I prefer the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting as you then can do with 2 or even just 1 meal a day, stay well nourished and keep hunger away. Makes it easy to fast and not have meals interfere with mms. Requires getting into fat burning mode (ketosis).
In general you want to save the antioxidants and big meals for after you're done with mms for the day.
Beware the anti-meat pro veggie propaganda. Mms can't do a lot about malnourishment.
