Test strips

Can anyone tell me where I can get test strips in Australia. 
I got a new bottle of MMS and Hydrochloric acid out of my fridge today which I ordered 15 months ago and mixed the drops together and it doesnt look amber.
I was using an older bottle MMS and HCL but they didnt look amber either.

Using MMS and activator that are cold from the fridge may take longer to activate. Try 60 seconds instead of 30 seconds if making MMS1. 

I mixed the mms and activator which is at room temperature and it is still not amber and I have to put my nose right to the glass to get any smell.
so I don't think its any good at all:(

You are mixing drops of MMS and HCL together in a small glass for 30 seconds and you don't smell any CLO2 gas? No added water, right? The drops are pooled together and not spread out across the bottom of the glass?
