iodine

can anyone tell me where to buy iodine please

the big question is why do you need iodine if you need it for some thyroid treatment e.g. then it must be in the form of iodine with the addition of potassium iodide, i.e. it must contain both iodine and potassium iodide. This means a 5% solution, the rest is distilled water. Look for a LUGOL solution in the pharmacy, if they know how to make it elsewhere, otherwise buy iodine and POTASSIUM IODID powder in a chemical store and mix it according to the recipe ... I don't know why you need iodine?

I got my in tablet form from Amazon for internal use. Impossible to drink the liquid. Disgusting taste.

If you get a bottle of iodine,take off the top, place the neck against your wrist, tip your wrist and bottle still against the skin, run the bottle from wrist for 3 inches or so, this leaves an iodine trail, tilt your wrist and bottle back 180 degrees so the bottle can be removed without spillage. If most of the  iodine stain is still there after say a couple of hrs you are not deficient in Iodine. If it is absorbed quite quickly you need iodine. A reflexologist told me this years back. I used nascent iodine and the stain was still there after 2 hrs. I tried luguls iodine. It took a lot longer to absorb.
Watch you dont spill it on the floor or you wont be impressed.
