But, my spanish is poor. Is there any news that i should know about, worthwhile mentioning? Please tell me!

I tried that link but it said i have to be a member or something.
I'm on a lot of the other channels but i don't know why i cant access that one

That TG channel / group must be private. To access it you would need to join, if you have an invite link, or someone in the channel / group may be able to add you using your TG user name, if you created one. 

Arcus must be a member. Ask Arcus to add you to the channel / group, whatever the name of the channel / group is. He did not mention the name.
