Klean Strip Muriatic Acid

Klean Strip Muriatic Acid available at my local big box store is listed on the Safety Data Sheet as containing 31-35% hcl.

"Hydrochloric acid {Hydrogen chloride} 31.0 -35.0 %"

I am concerned with the 5% variability of the hcl content.

Could this be an issue when making CDS or MMS?

No issue when used to make MMS1 because MMS is only 10% activated when made, and stomach acid should release more CLO2 from residual MMS. 

For CDS, when diluting down to 4% HCL, I would use the average of 31% to 35% which is 33%.
