How to make 4% hcl solution from 10% hcl? was created by Rin

Sorry for being bad at math haha
Can anyone please help me? I wish to make 100ml of 4% hcl.
How many ml of distilled water do I have to add to how many ml 10% of hcl

1 part HCl (10%)
1.5 parts water

Example:
40 ml HCl (10%)
60 ml water
