CDH and DMSO

In what order should I use CDH and DMSO? Both orally and on the skin.

Orally, add DMSO just before you ingest a dose. Topically, apply CLO2 first, then a small amount of DMSO and rub in with clean fingers. 

how many ml or drops of dmso in each case?

Jim says you can add up to 3 drops of DMSO to an ingested 1 drop dose of MMS1. Since each ml of CDH is made from 1 drop of MMS, then you can add up to 3 drops DMSO per ml of ingested CDH. 

Topically, try 1 drop of DMSO applied on top of CDH and see how that works. If you put 1 drop of DMSO only on say, your arm and rub it in with a clean finger, you will see that that 1 drop of DMSO will spread out beyond the spot where you put it. You may want to use 70 / 30 diluted, because DMSO full-strength may irritate your skin. 

Doesn't he say in the book to take 1 drop of DMSO for every drop of activated MMS; wait 3 minutes and then drink? Or did I misunderstand something. I do see you are saying "up to" but I just want to be sure I'm doing it right!
