I started taking MMS back in 2009 and came across this detailed whitepaper  bioredox.mysite.com/CLOXhtml/CLOXhome.htm from Dr. Thomas Hesselink. I actually called and talked to him at the time about his information, and was impressed with his knowledge of biochemistry and the level of detail included in his paper.
Some of the protocols differ from Mr. Humble's, but are backed up with detailed scientific reasons. It is quite an extensive analysis of the use of Chlorine dioxide and Sodium chlorite.
I have not seen anything comparable anywhere since. Sadly major research on MMS has, and is being prevented from becoming mainstream.
