Hi everyone can some provide me some insight on MMS2 and how is this taken please?

MMS2 better than MMS? Or better combined please?

I found this link in The United Kingdom, each capsule is 500MG. So how would you dose this, is 500Mg too high?

I normally use CDS 24,000 PPM and also have MMS.
