Plastic bottle v Glass for storage

Hi just a quick question re the storage of the mms solution once made. I understand the importance of avoiding metal including stainless steel. So my question is plastic bottles are always mentioned as the preferred option but just wanted to ask if dark GLASS bottle are not better or should they be avoided. I am about to buy some bottle with plastic lids but wondered if glass is ok to use. Thanks

The problem with glass is that it usually has a metal lid. Even if the metal doesn't touch the solution - it still will degrade the metal - it'll flake into the solution. ... even if you were to put a plastic liner in there... this stuff loves metal !! it will find it !!
Glass is superior! but it would need to have a plastic lid.
