Apple cider vinegar

Is taking an apple cider vinegar toddie ( with honey) after the 8 hr session going to interfere or is it actually the “same” or similar thing?  With limiting coffee I thought that might be a nice drink for the night after doses are done since it’s too late for coffee by the time I get done.... anybody have thoughts?

That should not be a problem. Any antioxidants should be gone by the time you begin dosing the next day.
