Water in my ears

I have had have constant water in my ears for years (probably behind the eardrums). Maybe it comes from inflammation.

I’ve been following protocol 101 by Andreas for over a month now and I also tried protocol G (Gas) with a shot glass. I also tried diluted CDS in the ears.

My digestion is better but I got no change for the ears.

Any ideas how to get rid of that water in the ears?
