will CDS oxidize heavy metals in body (mercury)

I am researching mercury detox. very familiar with CD.

this protocol is long and painful, no way I can get up each night to pop an ALA pill
I am wondering if CDS will help in this process
i think more people here might have mercury issues then we think
 

Mercury causes severe oxidative stress and MMS is an oxidant. So if you have proven mercury toxicity it seems like it would be hard to figure out if any side effects from taking MMS are simply a herx that you have to push through or rather an exacerbation of existing oxidative stress.
