Intramuscular Injections dosage

I have read a lot of info about intravenous injection on the forums but don't see much about intramuscular injections. Don't want to do intravenous injections due to poor vein quality.

Will be using CDH 3000ppm
Not sure about dosage that should be used.
How much CDH?
How much total solution?
How often?

I have Andreas Kalcker book, my understanding is not to go over 100 ppm, but that seems like it would be very low dosage of ppm.

I have just found this post and seems like it could be subcutaneous injection of 10ml 50 ppm
This seems like a very low dosage of chlorine dioxide.
Would a subcutaneous injection be effective at getting into bloodstream?
