Hi, everyone I have purchased a small bottle of CDL 0,3%. I want to follow protocol 1000 that I seen from Jim humble. Can anyone tell me how much of this I would take in a glass with purified water every hour over a period of eight hours a day? Thank you P.s I have asked this before but forgot what the reply was😊
