Pancreatitis in dogs

I don’t know if anyone can help or has come across this before, but wanted to ask if anyone has heard of or had success with treating pancreatitis in dogs?

I think mine is about to be diagnosed with it, he’s been very seriously ill and is being kept in the vets overnight. If anyone has any advice on this, any digestive issues and whether MMS has been used, I’d be very grateful.
