Has anyone had experience fasting (water only) and taking MMS? is this a safe thing to do? I'm planning on doing a 3 day fast soon. I've done it before but that was before I started taking MMS.

Yes. Good plan! Drink lots of water to facilitate detox. Also consider 'zapping' to electrocute worms.
