3 enemas per week

Hello,
I am doing 3 cds enemas per week ,
(Cds concentration: 20ml water with 20 activated drops kept for 8 hours).

Is this ok to do it 3 times per week ?
Is cds enema hard on liver or kidney? Ot it is safe as ingestion it ??

What you describe sounds like MMS1 and not CDS. Normally we dose CDS by milliliters and MMS1 with 'drops.'

Are you using 24,000 ppm CDS?

Jim Humble says in his book MMS Health Recovery Guidebook that you can do 2-3 enemas daily. Pages 148-151.

Yes i am using 20 ml of cds , donna the ppm level but i guess it is around 3000 , I followed the formula of andreas K then i divided it to have 20ml , that way i prepare it daily to be fresh.
I was worrying that i might over doing enema, i guess Not.
