I’ve been trying to do the regular mms protocol but haven’t had a ton of success as I’ve been feeling mms maybe causing stomach upset so I’ve been looking into cds and dsmo but I’m wondering the best reliable place to get them.

Are you using 50% citric acid or 4% HCL to activate MMS?
