BINDERS

Hi Everyone, I'm new here and are on the third day of the starter protocol. Having searched but not seen anything on this topic, I have a query... Is it ok to take binders, obviously at least 2 hours after finishing the 8 hourly doses? Cheers!

Jo, kindly provide a description of 'binders.' That is a new one for me, and I have lived in England and Ireland.

Sorry I could have been more specific. Binders I'm referring to are... activated charcoal, clays, zeolite, chlorella, humic and fulvic acids, etc.
