Gel capsules

Hello,

I was reading abt putting the activated drops of MMS1 in gel capsules then drinking water to overcome the taste... are gelatine capsule and gel capsule the same ?.if no , can i use gelatine capsule with MMS 1 (the one i use with MMS2) ? Is that ok ?Thanks

Gel is short for gelatin. There are also veggie caps, which will not dissolve as quickly as gel caps, as I remember from testing.

I presume you are following Jim's protocol which starts on page 45.
