Hypertension ! A possible side efect of ClO2 ?

Hello everyone,
I'm recently warned by a ClO2 advocate friend of mine that quite a number of her patients experienced hypertension problem during the usage of ClO2?
I know that ClO2 helps with hypertension of course. I don't have any doubt. But this conversation raised as a discussion in a facebook group and I need some of your experiences, ideas and even some scientific papers about this possibble side effect.
The argument is simplye about the residual Na (table salt) that remains after the delivery of Oxygen atoms into the pathogens.
And my question is this:
How much of Na is released into our body after a simple hourly dosage of 3 drops?
What is the total ammount of Na after a day of usage?
Does this argument makes any sense to you ?
I'd be grateful if you could provide some solid scientific background and evidences if possible..
