Water - Berkey plus distiller? was created by EMF-U
Hi,
I'm waiting for my MMS to arrive and preparing for it. I read that distilled water is best. I currently have a Berkey and also a British Berkefeld both with fluoride filters. Should I get a distiller also? And if the answer is yes then should I distill the water after it's been through the Berkey to make MMS?

If you are talking about water used to dilute a MMS1 dose, you don't need distilled water. Filtered water is okay to use.
If you are making MMS (22.4% sodium chlorite solution) from sodium chlorite flakes, then you should use distilled water.
