Antioxidants and oxidation

Hi I have a question about oxidation that is confusing to me.Antioxidants are supposed to be good for you as they deoxidize free radicals and such and MMS is an oxidizer...so what gives? Is oxygen and adding more oxygen good or is antioxidants good? Please help to clarify so I can clarify to other people because right now I don't know

Antioxidants will reduce CLO2 in MMS1, CDS and CDH, so you can't take both at the same time.

The oxidation process that CLO2 uses does not add oxygen. CLO2 takes electrons from pathogens which kills the pathogen and CLO2 as well, leaving behind water and sodium chloride (table salt).
