Herxheimer reaction after doing protocol for 1 month?

Hey is it possible to get a herxheimer reaction after doing a protocol for 1 whole month? I have been getting a bad rash/eczema type rash on my face after doing the protocol? Overall my energy is good and my head is clear I just have this bad dry skin rash on my face.

It is possible that after a month CLO2 has broken open a biofilm(s) and released some toxins.
