What do I do? I have a sore throat I'm coughing I feel exhausted and tired I bought MMS2 And I'm taking it in a capsule I heard that CDH is good but I don't know what that is and where to get it I also have MMS1

it could be covid or whatever but im not sure

Are you taking MMS1 and if so, which protocol(s) are you following?

I understand that nebulizing CLO2 is effective against COVID-19, but I don't have a protocol for doing that.

I'm mostly taking MMS2 I occasionally take MMS1 When I feel like it, took some garlic blend with honey and Apple Cider Vinegar and I feel much better but the sickness is not gone completely
