Feeling a little numb and dizzy on Protocol 1000 - herx reaction? was created by manoflight
Heya all,
Male here.
I discovered mms a while ago and got my hands on some from discoverwps recently. Sounds like incredible stuff and I totally believe in and am excited about its healing power.
I am hoping it can rid me of the hpv virus, which I believe I may have, and thought was something that was chronic, until now! I've never been tested for it but I have had the odd wart on my groin area pop up on occasion so I assume that I have it.
I decided to follow the herpes guidelines as I figured this was the nearest thing and I did the startup protocol followed by the mould and fungus protocol for 5 days (all good, only reaction was a headache for the first 3 days) and I am now on day 3 of P1000 and up to 3 drops per hour.
Note: After 1 day of the clay, some parasites were seen in my stool and a rather large one that shocked me to say the least. Amazing!
I am however feeling a little odd today. My wrists and legs feel a little numb and weak and I feel a bit dizzy and tired and not quite with it. Also I have a tight chest and stomach cramps a little, and I am feeling easily irritable. I have also noticed a tingling in my ears the past couple of days, like when they pop due to altitude pressure and my head feels a little numb too.
I don't feel sick and haven't been sick at all since day one, however I have a strong stomach and am rarely sick.
Anyone know if this is a normal herxheimer reaction due to detoxing? and should I continue on a lower dose?
Thank you! Thank you!

You probably increased MMS1 dosage too fast. As the book says, if you have any negative reactions, reduce dosage by half.
The goal of P1000 is not to reach 3 drop hourly doses. You may not need to go that high.
It is also possible that your droppers are dispensing drops that are too large. Drop size can be twice that of another dropper, so you could be dosing 6 drops hourly. Drop size, according to Jim Humble, is now 0.05 ml vs the previous 0.042 ml, a 20% increase. You can dispense drops with 1 ml syringes very accurately.

Thank you, I appreciate your quick response and input!
That is a very good point about the drop size. I transferred the liquids into glass droppers for convenience so I guess there is a chance they are larger drops. I guess a drop from the original bottle should be more accurate?
I have reduced the dose and will continue and see how I get on.
Thanks again!

Update:
I measured the drops and found I was getting an average drop size of 0.074 from the glass dropper I am using so it looks like I have been taking almost 50% more than recommended.
I will adjust accordingly moving forward. I am feeling much more 'normal' today compared to yesterday after reducing the drops down to 2 for the remainder of the day. Still a little fuzzy though.
Thanks again for making me aware of this.

Excellent discovery! I wonder why this information isn't in any books about MMS?
Have you measured the difference in drop size when the dropper is held vertically compared to say, 45 degrees?
Drop size would probably make no difference with something like a vitamin supplement, but it sure does with a chemical sodium chlorite solution.
