Protocol for getting rid of Eczema?

Hey guys about 2 years ago I started getting Eczema on the side of my nose and underneath the eyes. I have been taking MMS protocol 1000 for about a month now and I do not see anything changing. Do I have to do it topically? If so, please let me know what the protocol is for Eczema. I can’t seem to find anything much when it comes to eczema. I also do have dandruff by the way. I have had dandruff since I was a little boy. Taking the protocol 1000 has made my head really clear and overall I feel amazing but the Eczema is still there. My instinct is telling me I am missing something,
