Well that is quite a contrast to the MSM that keeps suggesting "God (Bill Gates) help us find a vaccine".

Did I hear that right in the video the Dr said they were taking up to 30grams of Vitamin C per day?

Anyone have an idea why this works? What is the daily recommended dose like 90mg? Wouldn't all that extra Vitamin C just be flushed out?

Normal vitamin C crystals or tablets are ingested and you would only get 19% of it into your bloodstream. Liposomal vitamin-C which is taken orally, but passes through the stomach, is 93% utilized by the body.

The doc in the video explains at some point that vit C is being converted to hydrogen peroxide inside the body. As you may know hydrogen peroxide is a powerful oxidant.
Most animals generate plenty of vit C. 5-10 grams daily per 70kg in weight. We humans do not and need to get it from diet. But would need to consume a bucket of lemons to get 5-10 grams of C. And even then animals increase vit C production if they would get infected. Up to 50-100 grams a day.
Search it, is pretty interesting as it also explains why chlorine dioxide works so well.

One thing I do miss is that one should not take high doses of C frequently without taking electrolytes (mineral salts) Vit C and anything else acidic will wash minerals out of the body. The heart depends on minerals. I believe IV-C is added to saline solution..

I take Vitamin C all the time (Sodium Ascorbate) Today just as a trial i took 20 grams in one hour. Its similar to a third of a dose that someone took to cure viral pneumonia in 3 hours. All I got was the usual diarrhoea if you take too much Vit C in one go. The best way to take high dose is sip through the day.

There is no diarrhea problem when you take liposomal vitamin-C. It passes through your stomach encapsulated inside liposomes.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liposome

"Dietary and nutritional supplements
Until recently the clinical uses of liposomes were for targeted drug delivery, but new applications for the oral delivery of certain dietary and nutritional supplements are in development.[18] This new application of liposomes is in part due to the low absorption and bioavailability rates of traditional oral dietary and nutritional tablets and capsules.

The low oral bioavailability and absorption of many nutrients is clinically well documented.[19] Therefore, the natural encapsulation of lypophilic and hydrophilic nutrients within liposomes would be an effective method of bypassing the destructive elements of the gastric system allowing the encapsulated nutrient to be efficiently delivered to the cells and tissues.[20]"
