What is the best for me and how?

I'm facing serious Colon issue. And as usual doctors said Im fine, but I feel my body. The problem that my health status getting low day after day with no reason and all the tests showing that I'm okay.

I could recover 30% of my health performance using just Iodine. That what's make me search deeper tell i heard about MMS and DMSO. But Im really confused.

How to be sure I remove the harms away from my Colon?

Is MMS or DMSO or maybe both?

Can someone advise me with the starting point?
