developing lumps help!

Hello after having surgery and lots of iv's (fluids, antibiotics, sedatives etc) my arms have developed lumps all the way to the neck and shoulders. It causes a lot of pain and headaches.

What does anyone recommend?
I am taking protocol 100 plus (mms and dmso) and spraying cds and dmso onto them twice a day.
It has improved, but sometimes, I wake up and it's worse. My face and head get swollen too and I feel like im trapped in a swollen upper half.

I would appreciate any suugestions.
