After a 3 litre CD enema, I'm exhausted for the day. Is this normal?

Yes, it is common to have a detox reaction also called a Herxheimer reaction.

yes, totally. I am using wiped the next day. I don't think this is herx, but who knows
as you do them more often, the tiredness will get lesser
