The above article is absolutely correct. I'm the inventor of CDH which stands for Chlorine Dioxide Holding solution. CDH is a very simple way to make a 3500 ppm (parts per million) solution of Chlorine Dioxide which can then be accurately diluted down to any ppm needed for various health cures and purposes. 100 ppm CDH will kill all bacteria and viruses in seconds and I and others have used 100 ppm CDH via IV to cure cellulitis, sepsis, cancer and the flu.
