Vitamin B12 Shots and MMS1 was created by paloma
Hi I wanted to start a 1000 protocol today. I also take a Vitamin B12 shot weekly for my major fatigue. I am due the B12 today and also wanted to start the MMS today. I guess I am pretty impatient as I just got the MMS and want to start right away. Should I wait on one or the other? how will the B12 affect the MMS? I would greatly appreciate any feed back. Thank you.

I'm not sure if B12 will affect MMS or the opposite. Probably best not to do both on the same day.
I hope you will begin using MMS by following the Starting Procedure, then the HRP as outlined in Jim Humble's latest book. And, hopefully the MMS activator you purchased is 4% HCL and not 50% citric acid.

Yes I am using the starting procedure Jim Humble wrote. I as well am using 4% HCL. Although out of curiosity why not the 50% Citric acid? I have read that this was acceptable.

Citric acid taste is terrible and some people have stomach problems when ingesting citric acid.
Jim says today that 4% HCL is the preferred MMS activator.
