Do you have to refrigerate MMS after opening. I've just been keeping in a cool dark place. Not the refrigerator. Also, is it ok to have a glass of wine at night after the protocol is done at least 2 hours? Thank you in advance.

No, it is better to keep MMS at room temperature and in a dark place. If too cold, it will take longer to 'activate.'

A glass of wine should be okay 2 hours after your last MMS dose of the day.
