Thanks!
This is useful. This is also for the number of days to do a cds enema?

The Enema Protocol begins on page 148 in Jim's book. In case you don't have the book  here are part of the instructions:

"You can do 2 to 3 enemas a day."

"If you see improvement after doing 4 or 5 enemas, keep doing enemas until there is no further indication of improvement. But if there is no improvement after 4 or 5 enemas, do not continue with them. As I said, enemas can be a very important part of health recovery; however, I do not suggest prolonged use of enemas as they can be hard on the body. In this case, if you do not see any signs of progress after 4 or 5 enemas, do not continue. Go on to the next protocol or procedure outlined in the Health Recovery Plan."

So helpful! You’re a lifesaver.
So 2 to 3 times per day with the amount each time for the oral protocol? (Ex: 10 ml cds per day for 115 protocol but here I could take 20-30 ml total if doing 2-3 enemas) I’m intrigued by this. Why can we do more at once per enema? I suppose is it because we are taking the full liter at once and it is being absorbed more this way?

You can increase dosages for both P115 for oral intake, and enemas as long as you don't have any Herx reactions. When you find dosages that help with your health problem, stay at those dosages. If you see no improvement, increase dosing if possible. You can add DMSO to P115, but not to enemas.

Thanks! Makes sense. The more I research, the more I am finding to use only 4-8oz water with 10 drops mms enemas rather than the 1 liter like I’ve been doing for 10ml cds enemas. Any insight on which one is best?

Thanks.

Jenna

If all the MMS in a 10 drop dose of MMS1 is activated it would provide 67 mg of CLO2, whereas 10 ml of 3000 ppm CDS will provide 30 mg CLO2. I doubt all the remaining MMS in MMS1 would be activated when used in an enema. If no more MMS is activated in the enema, it would only provide 6.7 mg CLO2, the amount of CLO2 released when originally activated. Let us know the difference if you use both.

So you’re saying I can do either or 10 ml cds with 1 L water or 10 ml cds with 4-8oz water per enema? I could also do 2 back to back totaling 20ml cds in an hours time all via enema?

The only Jim Humble approved Enema Protocol is in his latest book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook. The Enema Protocol starts on page 148.

The protocol calls for using 1 liter/quart of warm water with a 5 to 30 drop dose of MMS1. If no additional CLO2 is activated in the 5-30 drop doses of MMS1, then the equivalent 3000 ppm CDS dosing would be 1 to 6 ml.

If you follow Mark Grenon's douche protocol, he says you can go higher.
